The VECTOR series control valves are designed for operation in harsh conditions at high temperatures and high pressure drop. The valves provide precise control and have a long service life without cavitation erosion and noise, regardless of whether the working medium is compressible or not. 550G series control valves. The 550G series includes valves that meet the requirements for noise and cavitation erosion. The valves have cages with multiple openings (different from standard cages). All valve parts except the cage can be replaced with valve parts of the 501G series. For aggressive liquid working media that are not supported by this series of valves, speed control options can be ordered.

Plunger control valves of the 5xxT series are compact and have a simplified structure. Valves are used for various media, including gas and steam. KOSO's goal was to provide fast delivery and low cost of equipment, so the 551T model is limited to JIS 10K, ANSI (JPI) 150 pounds and does not include additional options. The 520T model is suitable for use with minimal expenses of the working environment. These valves have small valves and are specially designed with an emphasis on durability.

Plunger control valves of the 5x0C series. This series includes standard plunger control valves with upper and lower guide rails. Having a mount above and below the gate, these valves are convenient to use in vibration conditions, at high temperatures and for working with special combinations of materials. Control valves with metal seats of the 3x0W series ensure that there are no leaks when used in high temperature and/or high pressure conditions. The ball and seat are coated with chromium carbide or tungsten carbide using a special KOSO system (using oxygen fuel for high-speed spraying) to ensure high resistance to erosion and abrasion. The ball and the seat are installed in a special way that ensures 100% sealing. Constant load eliminates the formation of secretions. The ball never leaves the saddle and removes dirt. This self-cleaning procedure prevents the ingress of pollutants and the breakdown of components. The valves are suitable for working with pulp.
